I tried a can of IPA No. 5, and it was legit. I was looking for it, but couldn't find anything "off" about the malt substitutes, and the hop aroma and flavor was very respectable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a good IPA to gluten lovers either.

Personally I associate the non-Celiac suffering anti-gluten folks with yuppies that have more money than sense and learn everything online.

Sounds like the Redbridge has the Budweiser flavor nailed, then.

Recently tried the lineup of Glutenberg GF brews, and man, were they terrible. Maybe not the very worst beers I've ever put in my mouth, but not fourth or fifth either. Seattle has an all GF brewer, Ghostfish, and I haven't been terribly impressed with them either.
