Im driving to Minneapolis from Chicago right now with my bro and his band. They're playing a show at the Beat coffee house tonight. I'm not gonna have much time so I was wondering if there was any bars within walking distance of that place that has a decent selection of craft bottles and/or taps? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

The Bryant Lake Bowl has a pretty good tap selection, and is less than 10 blocks away.

Totally hit Bryant Lake Bowl, watch the hipsters and drink some damn good beer. The bartenders are all pretty nice, service good for a hipster bar, and if you play your cards right you can throw the rock a few times.

    Agreed with this!

And if you like Thai food, Tum Rup Thai is about two blocks west from Bryant Lake Bowl on Lake Street and has killer food and Surly on-tap.
