Looking for Good Bottle Shops in Hudson NY Area

can you narrow down where you will be in the region. There are alot of cool places to get to, but I dont want to send you too far out of your way. pm if youd like

 

If you're talking about the town of Hudson, NY, its not a bottle shop but you should check out the Chatham Brewery about 20 minutes north. They have some bombers of their stuff for sale for very reasonable prices. I got their Bourbon Barrel Brown and their Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Coffee Stout for around $8/bottle.

 

Like already said, depends where you are. If you are near Peekskill, head to Peekskill Brewery. You can drink there and grab yourself a growler of Higher Standard to take home with you.

 

There are a few places if you are in the city of Hudson head over the Rip Van Winkle bridge and hit Crossroad brewery in Athens and the hit Beer World in Catskill for all your bottle needs great selection all this 10 minutes from Hudson also make a trip up to Chatham brewery same thing 10 minutes from Hudson. If your some were in the Hudson Valley then there are lots of choices. Good luck and the best place to grab a good micro brew in Hudson is the Spotted Dog bookstore. PS The Beer Store and Pitstop Discount are beer stores in Hudson were you can get Founders, DFH etc.

Went to Spotted Dog recently. I found the bookstore/bar quite entertaining.

 

I think it's awesome that you can get a few good local micro brews at a bookstore/art store. It's not a bar in the true sense but if your in Hudson defiantly check it out.

 

Cask

cask and rasher in coxsackie ny is also an excellent place to get some good brews on tap and is only a 5-10 minute drive from athens (where crossroads is)
