Looking for New York City Breweries

    Hi guys,

    I'm heading to NYC the first week of December for a long weekend and I was hoping to get some recommendations on good breweries to check out - preferably within NYC or close enough to get to via train, bus as I won't have a car.

    I've been to Brooklyn Brewery a few times and would like to see what else is out there. Also any recommendations on really good beer bars would be welcome as well.

    You'll prob be in town for Other Half's next can release.

    SingleCut and Threes are two other good breweries you can visit.

    Bars: everyone has their faves, but mine are Ginger Man, Rattle n Hum, Proletariat, Torst, the Jeffrey
