Looking for red colored beers

You'll have to post a picture! There are hundreds/thousands of beers that are a beautiful red.

In all seriousness, maybe it was some type of dunkel lager? Some of those have a really deep ruby red hue to it.

There are a couple of beet beers out there as well that pour exactly the color you would expect a beet-heavy drink to be. Maybe one of those?

 

Nothing is going to be exactly as the picture, because you have to take the light and intensity of the filter when the picture was taken. But the closest you are going to get is an Irish red, a red amber ale or a Dunkel Lager.

 

Honestly that looks like a Killian's or something man.

 

You need to consider that the pic isn't the actual color of the beer.

 

Tough one - not much to work with.

Suggestion: Find the What Beer Are You Drinking Now daily threads. It's up to 470-something consecutive days now. There's tons of pictures of pours in that daily thread.

FFF Brian Boru is easily this red and should be coming out soon.

 

I would have said BB or Sam Adam's Irish Red.

 

Look for beers called Imperial Amber - if you come across Alaskan Imperial Amber in particular, it's fantastic.

 

Or Nugget Nectar.
