Hey all.. I'm up from South Florida visiting the in laws and was wondering seeing if there are any good bottle shops I can hit up to grab some good northeastern beers? I know of a few breweries in the area but if people could shout out others that would be great! Thanks again for the help! Cheers!

as far as nearby breweries I would check out middle ages (they have some new and tasty ipa's), good nature (45 min drive) or nedloh (45-1hr drive).

I just moved back to Philly, and I really miss Syracuse beer prices.

Live in South Florida myself, originally from Syracuse, a few other breweries to check out in addition to Middle Ages would be Eastwood brewing and wt brews (never been there myself, but have had some of their beers). Agree with the post above j.ryans is great, there's also empire brewing co. across the street from blue tusk, not great beer in my opinion but worth a visit.

If you don't mind traveling about 20 or 30 minutes, there are two spots in Auburn that I think are pretty cool. Thirsty Pug is a neat little bottle show with taps, and you can drink pints, too. And down the street is Prison City, a nice bar that had an awesome house made blueberry sour.

If you stop in the Co-op ask for Jeremy. I'm usually around and love to talk beer.

Check out Henneberg Brewery in New Woodstock. Friends of mine. Not too bad at all. Really cool place too. Think its like 30 minutes
