I'm not a fan of bitter beer. Are there any good beers with some noticeable sweetness?

St Louis Framboise is crazy sweet, but have you considered avoiding beer altogether and just drinking wine coolers?

I've noticed a lot of beers from Avery are pretty sweet. Personally that's why I love them. In particular the Beast is one I find very (and enjoyably) sweet.

Also milk or cream stouts are made to be on the sweet side. There should be a few of those you will enjoy.

It may not be a bad idea to try one of the many Oktoberfests that are out. They won't be sweet like drinking regular soda, but will be more malt than hops...

Keep drinking IPA's. You'll come around guaranteed.

Look to the maltier styles as a whole.
Those would include: Scotch Ale, Marzen (most), Bock, Doppelbock, Weizenbock, Dubbel, Quad, English Barleywine, Old Ale, English Strong Ale, and random examples within several other styles.

If you're looking for a specific brewer, Southern Tier's stuff is almost all pretty sweet.

Another vote for ST Creme Brulee. If no other beer permanently cures you of your sweet tooth, this one will.

If sickeningly sweet beers are what you fancy, have a run through Southern Tier's catalogue of bombers. Besides the obvious (Creme Brulee, Pumking, Choklat, etc.), even their IIPAs and Hell's Lagers are overly sweet.

German styles tend to be sweeter, or at least not bitter. Check out Weihenstephaner Original Premium or Spaten Optimator. Bocks, Doppelbocks, Helles, and Oktoberfests/Marzens are all on the sweeter side. American breweries tend to add a lot of hops to many of these styles so check reviews first before you go that route.

Sam Adams Octoberfest, most German-style wheat beers (hefeweizens), most witbiers, English pale ales (though generally not American ones), English brown ales, etc

Try some Octoberfest beers that are all coming out right now. Easy to find, and very malty without being overly sweet like some of the beers being mentioned. Unless you want overly sweet of course.

    Had Rochefort 10?

As others mentioned, I'd also vote for Southern Tier's Chocklat and Creme Brulee. As well as say, Left hand milk stout, which I think is easy to get in many places.

And I echo others to look to bocks, scotch ales, dubbels, quads...

If Berkshire Brewing here in MA distributed to you, you might be their biggest fan.

Find yourself a 5-year-old bottle of Avery Samael's Ale. It's like drinking caramel, butterscotch, and marshmallows laced with ruby port.
