As the weather turns colder looking for some advice from the community as to what stouts you recommend that have that have delicious thick and rich taste that I have enjoyed with Founders Imperial Stout (that one was like drinking motor oil...awesome) and Hoppin Frog Boris the Crusher Oatmeal Imperial Stout.

In essence, what milkshake beer do you enjoy that I wouldn't have to hire a chartered flight to get because of limited distribution?

Most oatmeal and milk stouts, any stouts from Cigar City, Oskar Blues Ten Fidy, Bells Expedition, Too Cream, and Black Note, Bourbon County, Darkness, Perennial stouts, Great Divide Yeti et al, Evil Twin anything, Sierra Nevada Narhwal, Dogfish Head World Wide Stout, and others I'm probably forgetting.

Your dream brewery happens to be in a place where we don't have real winter. Unfortunate, yes. But once it gets down in the coolllld 60s I'll be drinking all the Cigar City stouts.

I remember Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout being motor oil thick, but I haven't had it in nearly a year, so...

Any Bourbon County really fills the palette
Expand beyond just stouts and look into some barrel aged beers,

When it comes to a good thick and smooth wintery stout I automatically think of Old Rasputin. Nothing I've tried can beat it (but some have come very close).

Ten fidy, founders imperial stout, evil twin I love you with my stout, I'd imagine central waters bourbon barrel stout will be out soon and the goose island bourbon county stout release is on black Friday. All nice, rich, high abv stouts for winter.
