OP, if you are just seeking Southern Tier beers for now, you likely do not have to restrict yourself to a NY trader (not that they are not good people ) as ST beers are available in many other markets I believe. In any event, as @unlikelyspiderperson mentioned, just go ahead an post an ISO:FT offer in the locals or $4$ trading thread. Also, not sure if online stores ship to Texas but this might be another option possibly if the trade offer does not get any traction. I see Half Time ships to some TX zip codes and they have ST beers (https://halftimebeverage.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=southern+tier) Good luck.
I feel like this could have been a post from 10 years ago ! I remember when I used to drink their DIPA before the local haze craze started.
