All -- Visiting family in Los Gatos for Thanksgiving. Doubt we'll have a chance to do any exploring or going out, so will have to depend on bottle shops to stock the house. Where should I shop? The Los Gatos directory has a few places (Whole Foods, Artisan Wine Depot, Lunardi's Markets, Trader Joe's), but no reviews since 2012. Thanks!

If you are flying into SJC, Boynton Liquors off of Stevens Creek Blvd will be an easy detour on your drive down to Los Gatos. It's really small but the owner is really nice and helpful. There's also a BevMo on Stevens Creek even closer to 280 (both these places will fill your needs). Nothing earth shattering from a rarity standpoint but I lived really close to that BevMo until earlier this year and found both these stores had something I wanted most of the time.

All this said, I wouldn't head over here on Black Friday because BevMo is in a HEAVY shopping area and the traffic will be a brutal CF for sure.

Boynton liquors closed down a few weeks ago. =(
Try Wine club, right down the street from airport. Royal liquors, or Santa Clara liquor

Ended up at the Cambrian Park Plaza BevMo on Wednesday, and was happy to grab some goodies from Knee Deep, Almanac, The Bruery, Drake's, Lost Abbey and Heretic. Was worth checking dates as some of the stuff was fresher than the rest, but easily took care of me for the weekend. Thanks again for the help.
