I got an email today from Lost Abbey that was a confirmation of my ticket purchase for the 9th Anniversary back in May. I thought this was odd, because you know, this was back in May. Not really thinking about it anymore, I logged into my bank account and see I have a charge from Lost Abbey that posted today. Anyone else get charged today for the Anniversary? I'll have to look back to see if I actually got charged in, you know, May...
Hey Guys, We apologize for the inconvenience and the late charges. Our accounting department noticed that we didn't run the actual charges from May (the funds were held when tickets were originally purchased, but released 3 business days after). You should have received an email detailing such, but apologies nonetheless, those charges should have been run within a few days of the Anniversary Party.
