I've been dying to try this brew for some time now. I was thinking of tossing up an ISO:/FT: for it, but wasn't sure exactly what to offer. All I can find out is that it's a winter seasonal (BAs, help me verify this), and that any bottles floating around at this time would be stash in one's cellar. How limited was the distribution? What might it take to pull down two bottles? Thanks Mike
Its on the shelf in Los Angeles still. I saw it as recent as yesterday. I've seen the cost between $15-$18. Hope that helps.
It's not that hard to get out here. It's distributed a fair amount in LA/OC/SD/IE. Not sure if it regularly makes it up to northern California. Usually around $15-18 a bottle. I don't know that I have seen it around in the last month but it was on the shelf of a number of large and small bottle shops as of a month or so ago. Shouldn't be too hard for you to get a couple bottles with some good off the shelf and hyped locals.
I have seen it on the shelves here in MA for a few months running about $17-18. Still a good amount on the shelves as of last week.
