Stopped in to visit Allen & Jamie last Weds. and the place really is moving along quickly towards a projected opening of June 15th. They had finished brewing a pils, and are readying a keg of gose to put up at Farmhouse for the VT Beers event this Weds. Allen says they would like to stick to making lower-gravity session beers in a variety of styles. The tasting room will have their beers and some guest taps as well. The place was bright, clean and the new brewhouse was super-shiny (brand new.) Not thinking of growlers but are sticking to kegs for now and and maybe bombers with a changeable sticker for retail sale. Really psyched to try their beers and see them at Brewfest this year!

Very excited to try that Gose on Wednesday, and more of their offerings as they become available in the future.

I had lunch the other day at the Mule bar in Winooski, got to try the Gose and I loved it! They certainly got my attention by debuting with this brew, I sure hope they can sell some to go, so I can drink VT Gose all summer. Also got to try the Biere de Garde from Zero Gravity and it was delicious, food was awesome and it was great to see the Three Penny Crew doing things right in the Burlington area.
Did Jamie and Allen brew the collab Gose with magic hat last year?

Had their Saison Lamoille at Farmhouse on Weds. - pretty tasty and quite the yeast profile. There was supposed to be another saison-style called Petit Ardennes but it didn't come on that night. The gose I found a bit salty for the style, but enjoyed it just the same - great summer beer. looking forward to the pils, too.
