My wife and I have stopped here a couple times in the past three years on our annual trips to the Waterbury area. Just wanted to add on that they have added an outdoor beer garden and grill area as of this summer. Wonderful, low ABV alternatives to all the hoppy ones that you're sure to encounter on any trip thru this area. On the other hand, if you are craving hops, I also sampled their Lost Galaxy Wheat IPA which was also very good.

It's an awesome spot, looooooove the outdoor barbebue, I just wish I had a place like this locally (Or even own a kind of outdoor kitchen like they have). Food is great, and in my opinion, their Vermont Pilsner is a solid example of the style, quite hoppy, refreshing and crisp

I love this place, I make sure to stop by every time I'm in VT to grab a few pints and a very good meal. I was sad they didn't have their gose braised pork sandwich last time, But that BBQ made up for it right quick. Looking forward to popping up again next week!

A brett saison is coming out soon - bottles will be available. Got a preview at Beer Camp in Portland and liked it a lot.

My friends who work at Allagash said they thought it was most certainly the next best thing up there. Going to check it out in September.
