did they recently start distributing here? Saw a ton of cans of their Gose at Milk & Hops tonight, and had never seen anything from them around here before

I'd sure love to find that gose while I'm in NyC. I'd appreciate any tips on where to look besides Milk and Hops which I haven't heard of.

It's on Broadway just south of 10th St. on the west side of the street. I was in there a few Fridays ago. They have like 8 taps, some food and bottles to go.

that gose is very solid, prob the best i've had from lost nation thus far. i'll prob pick some up soon. hopefully this means we get some of their ipa cans, but I think those were much smaller runs...

Lost Nation is coming in though CBGNY/Union Beer. We have an event coming up next week here in the Capital Region, and I'm sure you guys will get similar offerings:
    Gose (Cans and Draft)
    Vermont Pilsner (Draft)
    Rustic Ale (Draft)
    Mosaic IPA (Draft)

    I see a C-Town in Williamsburg has 4-packs for $11.99 on beermenus

We do. Super Going is the best local Gose around these parts.

And I'm a big fan of Sixpoint, but didn't particularly care for Jammer.

    I believe it was ~$3.50/can

Have you tried the second release (Best By 18 December 2015)?

    Cheers!

I thought Jammer was disgusting, couldn't finish it. Worst beer I've had since Sixpoint Rad last year.

    It's not brewed locally, either.

Wow! That tasting sounds awesome and scary at the same time.

I hope that you will post the 'results' of that tasting.

    Cheers!

P.S. After drinking many Gose beers I think I would need to drink a sweet drink afterwards to get my pH back to normal.

    Actually its not that bad.
Funny enough the tasting starts with Jammer which I refer to as "Gose Light" and then eventually ends with Westbrook.
Add in the right finger foods and water and you can get through it pretty easily.
Especially since its all low alcohol content!

Btw Grimm also makes a local NYC gose - "Super Going"

Yes but in all fairness Sixpoint does have a brewery in NYC (Brooklyn) and they do produce some very tasty beer at that brewery so IMO some level of recognition of 'local' is appropriate.

    Cheers!
