Hey all. Was looking for a few final tips as we head to Louisville for my friend's bachelor party this weekend. I have a few questions in particular:

First, can any one who has done the bourbon tours before comment on how feasible is this bourbon tour schedule is (I've allotted 2 hours between distilleries -- is this too short a time?):
Sat: Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace, Woodford
Sun: Maker's Mark, Heaven Hills, Town Branch*
    Mon: Jim Beam
    >>Are there any quick/delicious food places anyone can recommend for lunch near Wild Turkey/Buffalo Trace and Maker's Mark/Heaven Hills?

Second, what are the "cant miss" bottle shops?

Third, what's the best place for brunch monday? has to have vegan options

Lastly, what are some cool "nightlife" spots for Sat/Sun evening?

Tentative dinner restaurants in KY are Against the grain and Roots. I heard Earth Friend's Cafe is also pretty good lunch food (but I have no clue as to what their hours are)

Thank you in advance for any/all information.

We did all of the distilleries you listed except Wild Turkey in one day last April. We barely had enough time and started pretty early. That might give you some idea. You dont want to rush it, trust me.

There is a really nice place to eat nearby Woodford. I cant for the life of me remember the name of it. I know thats no help. Woodford has really pretty gounds but their bourbon is really one note. Dont expect anything other than what you get in every liquor store.

Bottles shops. Im assuming Louisville? Louisville Beer Store and Keg liquors in Clarksville. Trust me on going to Keg.

Only vegan place I can think of is Roots, but you already mentioned that.

21c has some interesting nightlife. Not really sure what youre into.

If you want some good food options, you have Doc Crows on Main and Muscle & Burger Bar in JTown.

    Have fun!

Replace Town Branch w. Willett. Sunday tours include: 12:30; 1:45; 3:00

Thanks for the information guys! I'll look into Willett. I assume that the folks that make Angels envy don't have tours right

Avoid 4th Street Live. ATG has vegan options. For the bourbon tours, you may want to visit the grounds and the shops of some. Like a brewery tour, once you've seen a few, you get the idea. I'd say Makers is a must on the tour schedule. Garage Bar may be a good place to check out on Saturday night, also the Holy Grale has an awesome outside beer garden.

Churchill downs is still racing. I might take an afternoon and head there.

If you are staying in Louisville, I might skip woodford and town branch as they are the furthest away.

Four roses, heaven hill and beam are must sees. Impressive visitor centers and tours.

Makers and buffalo trace are next on the list.

The only gift shops with anything you can't in stores are four roses and heaven hill.
