I found it on the Eccentric Cafe facebook page. Copy/paste below. It appears to be in-store only, not online for pickup. If anyone local can snag me something awesome, message me!

    --------------

December is quickly approaching, and traditionally we kick off the month by celebrating a holiday very near and dear to Mr. Larry Bell's (& all of our staff's) heart - Eccentric Day. As you all know, we won't be hosting Eccentric Day this year as we have in year's past, but we are excited to share a few ways we'll be honoring the holiday, not just for one day, but for a whole lot longer.
Starting December 1st, an assortment of beers pulled from Mr. Bell's personal collection will start to hit the shelves in the General Store, and new varieties will rotate in as brands sell out. Just another fun reason to wander into the General Store every so often to check out what's new...this series will be full of surprises!
Larry's Cellar Series is kicking off on 12/1 with the following:
    Eccentric Ale mix vintage 4-packs - '94, '95, '96, '97
    Expedition Stout mix vintage 4-packs - '95, '96, '04, '07
750's of Smoked Vienna Lager ' 12, Raspberry Ale '18, & Dream Come True '18
And a variety of singles....you'll have to come into the store to check those out.
The pub will also have Eccentric Ale on tap throughout the month of December, and keep an eye out for some food specials headed your way. We're ready to celebrate all month long!

That’s amazing. I had no idea Bells sold Advent calendars either.

For those of you who have aged Expedition, what’s your sweet spot/favorite amount of time?

Ive found two bottles of 2016 Expedition that I had squirreled away. (Otherwise they wouldn’t have lasted me this long!) I figure I’ll open one now (Dec) and the second next year, at the five year mark, but that’s more a function of my own patience than anything else.

I coincidentally just opened a 2016 yesterday...it was great. I did notice that older vintages are seemingly no longer separately listed in Untapped (and for those that are, very few check-ins), and I swear they used to be. Did something change?

3 years used to be my sweet spot. However, I’ve found it harder and harder to hold onto them that long. I don’t think mine last more than a year or two in my cellar these days.

I noticed it in April and wasn't a fan either. Not sure why that changed.

i shoot for three years, keeping a rotation of a six pack thru three years and consuming the others fresh. Started doing it long ago after seeing 3-year old expedition on the shelf at the general store during a trip up there. Person at the store said three was their sweet spot. Have been doing it myself since. Noticed since then that Bell’s releases their older expedition at around three years when I see it on the shelf.

Honestly, they they really can go “unlimited”. Beer temple does/did a vintage taste every year, and someone brought a bottle from early 2000’s. It was over 15 years old and still tasted fantastic. I think the beer is awesome with 3-5 years on it, but it you really can let it go as long as you like.
