My wife and I are expecting our first child, a girl on Aug 1, 2013 (Jerry Garcia's Birthday may I add!) My wife is a huge hop head and sour fan. One of her favorite beers was Love Child #2. Over the past 7 months I was able to obtain #2 and #3 for after she delivers our "Love Child #1". I was wanting to to a vertical of all three years if possible and was inquiring to what do you think is a even or valid trade offer if I can find one? Thanks so much in advance...

As far as I know it was extremely limited and not actually sold to the public, so be prepared to offer up some heavy hitters.

It wasn't that limited. That's actually a myth from what I've been told. The produced something like 3000 bottles, but the problem was that it wasn't distributed ... only given to accounts, so I bet a lot have been consumed already by people who don't trade beer. I traded a St.Lam for one and had an offer for a BA Church on a Hill plus a Leon for another "because it's so limited" which I passed on. Keep in mind both Leon and BACOAH were smaller bottle counts and higher rated from my understanding. If you really want it you will probably have to give up more than it's really worth. At least I did.

You keep your beer in a freezer?

Well, if I looked at it I guess I would have known that as well. Haphazard posting is my strong suit. I've had #1 four times and it is actually quite different than #2. Much boozier, more caramel, and less sour, but still quite good.

Totally agree, I was hoping it would be a more sour version of LC2. When I finally got that taste of LC1 I was pretty underwhelmed. On the plus side, LC2 & 3 are so much easier to get!
