Did I hear right that you're going to be building a new facility?

Yes, we are breaking ground in about 3 weeks on the new location in Speedway on Main Street just a few blocks from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We hope to be open in December or early 2015. New and larger production brewery and our first tap room.

I have not had enough of the style to appreciate it, I guess. The few that I have had just didn't blow me away enough to go back and look for more.
However this thread has made me want to look for more.

I've been on a Kolsch kick this summer and need to try your offering. I walked by your future site on the morning of the 500. Can't wait to enjoy a brew there!

I have not had the pleasure of drinking Vacation Kölsch but the description from your website sounds absolutely yummy!

    “Vacation Kölsch™

A delicately balanced, authentic Kölsch style ale brewed with the finest German malts, hops and yeast in a crisp, clean and refreshing match with summer relaxation.”

Thank you for brewing this beer!

    Cheers to Daredevil Brewing Company!

Gaffel is da bomb. I love it on a warm spring or summer day. I also loved it when visiting Cologne. There is just something about the refreshing smooth flavor of Kölsch. Prost!
