Lucid Brewing acquires American Sky Brewing

    It's not just the Macros buying up craft breweries any longer. Seems like you hear more and more about small craft breweries buying out even smaller craft breweries more and more these days. Looks like Lucid is the most recent, with the acquisition of American Sky Brewing (which I have to admit, I'd never even heard of until I read this).

    Just tried to stop by American Sky tonight and saw they were closed due to licensing issues. Suspecting this has something to do with being acquired by Lucid. Nothing was posted on their website or social media.
