So Machine Ales is no longer part of Callister and I can't find any more info about it. Is the brewery completely dead or can a beer lover still find some of its beer around? Really liked their beers and was hoping to try them again on my next visit. Any info is appreciated.
Callister works on a CoOp lease sort of system. Each brewery signed up initially for one year, and then has the choice to renew for another year or not. Machine decided not to continue at Callister, but word on the street is they will be contracting out of a larger brewery in the future. Timeframe unknown. So for now you won't be able to find any of their beer. The closest thing might be old Hot Trub Time Machine on shelves from their collab with Fuggles & Warlock.
