The US brewer, Florida Beer Co., has a "Locator" function on their website.

(I really hate these !@#$ "locator/find our beer" sites - just let me know what states you ship to and the names of the local distributor(s) you deal with, so I can have my local retailer order the beer.)

 

Friend of mine who works at a local store contacted Florida Brewing Co. (which claimed to "own" the Mackeson brand). According to them:

So, that looks to me to be the entire state:

Kohler - Bergen, Passaic, Sussex, and Morris counties- recent expansion into Union, Essex and Hudson counties
Shore Point - Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, Warren counties.
Kramer - Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, and Salem counties.
