Macro Lagers: Refreshing when cold, but what am I missing?

    I find Miller High Life does have texture and a hop presence (comparatively speaking) but I use it primarily for blending in a Black & Tan.

    If you ever travel over to your neighboring state of Ohio I would recommend Yuengling Lord Chesterfield Ale to you. And yes it is a lager despite the name of “Ale”.

    I'd bet you'd think differently after mowing the lawn in the hot sun for an hour (say 90 degrees plus) and then being "forced" to drink one versus doing the same lawn work and being "forced" to drink a FFF Dark Lord.

    By comparison I'd call Bud refreshing. It's all about perspective.
