Magic Hat Barroom Hero

I don't know, but I am always down for trying an English-style session beer. There is reason to hope Magic Hat's [maligned by some] ringwood yeast could be well-suited to this style too. Their beer finder is not showing anything in my area either though.

Drinking it now. Actually a fairly decent brown ale.

 

Not sure what the distribution is for this beer. I bought cans of it, but I went to the actual brewery to get them.

Its ok, but not anything real special. I mostly just got it because its a collab with Dropkick Murphys and I wanted some cans to drink for St. Patrick's Day.

 

One of my favorite songs now associated with one of my least favorite breweries. I don't think magic hat distros to Colorado anymore anyways.

 

I saw a local retailer post this in around Pittsburgh today. No personal desire to seek it out though.

 

If you got a Total Wine in your neck of the woods? They got it.
