Midnight Society is really great. That is all.

I would have gone to Magnify for that glass, but I just bought the wobbled from Pretentious

When I ordered a pour last week the bartender asked me if I wanted a little plastic taster first. I guess there were complaints. I drank a full pour and while I'm glad I tried it, I didn't buy cans. It's not a bad beer - just not for most Magnify customers.

It was a cool looking glass but not $50 cool. In a moment of weakness - or after a few pours - I might have paid $15 for it but no more. If I paid $50, then I guaranty I'd accidentally drop it in the parking lot.

By the way, I really liked Private Jet. It's one of the best of Magnify's TIPAs. No lactose or other adjuncts; just lots of Mosaic. I think it will last more than most of the other TIPAs.

I'm excited for 5 Mic Potential - had it last year and it was really good.

For those wanting the Woah series to come back I doubt it will and the reason is simple, when the change was made from the Farmhouse style yeast the response was overwhelmingly positive. Spock said it best - the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few - LOL.

I thought it was possible for breweries to brew with different yeast strains.

Its is, but its not as simple as changing Hops and when 90% of the response at the brewery has been positive why would you change back ?

Oh, I don’t know. Maybe to every now and then have a beer that original Magnify fans like me enjoyed.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I wasn’t arguing for them to “change back,” but to every now and then maybe put out a Woah beer. Yes, Magnify has become very popular since they turned into a NEIPA heavy and pastry stout brewery. With 3 different beers released every week at about 100- 150 different beers per year, could 3 of those be a Farmhouse IPA??

Bit the bullet on this amazing beauty from them, it's like the wobble glass but "Fancy"!

PSA - Fresh Greens is excellent. The brewers mentioned trying something a little different with it n its really good. Juicy n refreshing while smooth n uber drinkable. I enjoyed it.

Hey fellas: are lines at Magnify on Friday's (2-4) pretty much non-existent these days?

There's usually a small line but it moves quickly.

I like the direction that they are going in with this. But I wish they would be a little be more explicit by what they mean by "New Fermentation Profile".

Strangely enough I found low vis to have more aroma then this beer despite being DDH.

But the beers do happen to be more smoother and rounded for sure - having a more uniform flavor profile and more tamed. Having a a fruit medley now:
