Main & Mill Brewing Opening Campaign

Main & Mill Brewing Company is a brewpub opening south of St. Louis. We are completely renovating a shell of a building (from 1890) and will be installing a 7BBL brewery with about 170 indoor seats and about 60 outdoor seats. Considering we're going to have more money into getting the building in usable condition than what it will appraise for when completed, we have launched a crowdfund campaign that is similar to Kickstarter to help the effort. We used another local start-up (launched the campaign the same day the site launched) to further our community related roots rather than go with the more "known" Kickstarter. We hope to open in May or 2014, or sooner if possible. Until then, we're brewing for local events and have started a barrel age program to hopefully be ready by the time we open.
