If I value my time as low $2/hr, without even getting into batch consistency issues, and that puts MBC ahead of your avatar in terms of value.

 

Still look to grab an occasional bottle here and there. Have a Fall in the fridge for this weekend. In the camp that $/packaging is a double loser and really annoying given the choices. Glad to see that Dinner is finally available w/out all the absurd lotteries and drives to Freeport in the dark. About a year ago I asked MBCO via Instagram why they don’t just brew more to satisfy demand - like Trill/TH/Alchemist etc etc have done w/their popular IPAs. I got a response referring to the scarcity of quality hops. Do What’s Right - lmfao.

 

Little Pub had it on tap a few weeks ago. I've heard from managers/owners that a couple places in Stamford are getting kegs but I either missed them during travels or that hasn't happened yet.

 

I wouldn't even mind the glass pint bottles, I actually think they're kinda cool. I'd just appreciate if they had a carton that could carry 4 of them, and they were sold for a more reasonable price. I wouldn't buy it all the time, but if something like Post Ride Snack or MO came in 4pks of 16.9oz glass bottles for $20.. still overpriced but I'd splurge on occasion.

 

I know last go round Daveluys in Watertown CT had it on tap

 

Just confirmed that the Post Ride Snacks cost $6.50 a pop. So I bought 4

Walked out with an IPA 4pk from Mystic after crushing a hoppy drink there - and would you look at that, I spent less than you.

I'm getting a little buzz drinking a 16oz IPA while I type this. What did PRS do for you after one bottle?

I had Post Ride Snack about a month and a half ago and really enjoyed it....just had a Tiny Beautiful Something a few days ago and really enjoyed it. Have Another One waiting in my fridge...I suspect I am going to really enjoy it. The prices high but every once in a while I will splurge. They really do make great beer and I am seeing them much more frequently in NJ now. Would certainly buy more if they were priced more in line with the competition.

 

The prices around me are a little too crazy for my liking and they typically sit on shelves for weeks and sometimes months most likely because of it. There is a bar by me that gets kegs semi-often so I’ll just try them there. Even had Dinner on tap last month.

 

Eli' s in Milford is tapping it at 8:00 tomorrow night. (Wednesday)

Brewport had it on tonight. Not sure if any left, would check first.
