Hey guys I'm headed to Portland to maine medicAl to help do a procedure....any great beer stores I should hit up? And is it worth it to go to maine beer company, just for dinner? Doubt it's still there.
Bier Cellar for sure. If you are there tomorrow The Substance is being delivered. Probably the best selection f local and unique beer I have experience in Portland area. RSVP is solid for volume its another couple mile west. Thrn keep going west down Forest Ave for breweries Bissell, Allagash, Austin St, and Foundation. MBC is in Freeport about 20min north of Portland. Pretty sure Dinner is long gone. If you are traveling from south check out 7 Eleven in Kittery, SoMe Brewing in York. Tully's in Wells. Then in between south coast and Portland Banded Horn in Bidderford. Hope I did not tell you what you already knew.

Bier Cellar in Portland (not far from Maine Med) for sure, and if you're coming from the South you should also consider a stop at Tully's in Wells ME and/or Anthony's in York (It's a gas station, but don't be scared away - Awesome store). Totally agree on BBB The Substance, and Rising Tide's M.I.T.A - Grab some of both if possible.
