I've really been needing to make a stand for my Homebrew set up. Have obviously seen both wood and metal versions that look and function great. Anyone have any plans or info that can help me out? Only looking to have 1 burner mounted on the stand. Thanks.

Gravity system or pump? I built my single tier system inspired by the thread below to meet my specific needs with great success. The basic structure is sound and can be taylored to your needs. Mine is simpler but it has held up to many 6gal batches and three 12gal batches. http://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=174224

This is another feature I built into my stand. http://s1275.photobucket.com/user/s...C-44E4-A079-A4B9FA28ADD2_zpslnwgn0h8.jpg.html

My setup has a pump, but simple lifting/lowering of kettle and mash tun at appropriate times can negate the pump.

I have a design to make a three shelf rack out of half sections of pallets the nice thing about that is you don't even need to move it for transferring to the secondary just put the hose through one of the slots

BA Drewbage (Drew Beechum) had a nice Zymurgy article that I recommend tracking down. It was in the last 2 years, I want to say.

As others have stated, are you looking for 3-tier (no pump required), 2-tier (1 pump), or 1-tier (2 pumps) stand? Once you narrow that down, then it's time to look at your budget for the stand.

Sorry, I hadn't checked this thread in a while after a mild response after posting. I'm either looking at a 3 or 2 tier system, and cost isn't really an issue. I guess I would put a $500-1000 investment as my cap, but keep in mind that I get 50% off any home-brew supplies or equipment. In the process of checking out that brewzilla page.
