    I've been trying to put together enough reviews of malt liquor to do a Forty Week on my blog, but I can only bring myself to buy one once every 3 months or so ago when I'm in the mood for some extreme self-abuse, so I'm not making much progress

    Honestly--some good times way back when . A Mickey's "hand grenade " was okay but since when I have had any of those offerings, they were not enjoyable and this has been a sentiment many co BAs have expressed when we tried it again. Just didn't ring the taste buds anymore.

    When I was in high school and only had a few bucks in my pocket, we used to go for the 40oz malt liquors. A friend was drinking Mickeys the other day and he gave me one and now I remember why I don't drink it anymore. YUCK!

    Now in Malt liquors defense, I've only tried 40oz cheap gas station stuff. Nothing else.

    Some of the craft breweries have tried brewing one here and there. Three Floyds had one that had decent ratings but not sure if they make it anymore.
