If anyone is interested..lives in or is close to Jackson Michigan and really..really wants a pan, custiom designed and built, for the sole purpose of malting your own grain at home..do I have the opportunity of a lifetime for you..I have such a pan and am looking to sell or trade..It's 4'x5'x2" with a cover and will malt 20-25lbs of grain..I've malted in it and its a pretty special thing to brew with a malt of your own..add some homegrown hops and you've got yourself a true homebrew..
