mango foward IPAs

Try some Truth from Rhinegeist.

 

Yeah I've felt this way too about most of their IPAs- must be why I haven't been excited by them focusing on IPAs instead of lagers like in the beginning.

 

Sculpin especially

 

Passion fruit should be used all the time TROPICALIA out of Athens Ga , had 3 six packs all at once which is hard to attain.

 

I agree with the previous opinions - Molotov Lite is the first mango flavored beer I think of.

 

4 Hands Superflare is a collaboration with Wicked Weed that has mango and guava in it. Phenomenol! They distribute to IL, PA other than MO.

 

I agree with the comments suggesting Sure Bet because it has real mango and not just mango tasting hops, but you will never find it. Sure Bet was a limited release and sold out very quickly. The only way to get it is if Pipeworks makes it again and then you would have to be very lucky to snag a bottle. I actually tried it on draft, but the keg didn't even last an hour because everyone at the bar was drinking it.

 

Sculpin. Mango is the second most prominent flavor I get from it, just behind peach.

Also seconding Chillwave. I remember that as being very mango-y.

 

I just had Pizza Port T-Rex, an IIPA brewed with mango. Deliciousness.

 

I had Hidden Coves Kapuna Mango IPA. While I could taste the mango, there were some tart, and funk notes in there too from using real mangos in the beer. Other than thst, lots of IPA'S have that tropical mango hop flavor.

 

Sorry but all I get from Hop Stoopid is Garlic and Onions

See, for me I'd say look for anything with Mosaic rather than Citra.

 

Galaxy High by MadTree, Pieces of Eight by Foley Brothers are the first that spring to mind

 

Mosaic to me is super weedy.

 

Might be a freshness issue for you, perhaps?

 

Troegs Triple Mango

ISO, sounds awesome !!

 

No had it Reasonably fresh on tap when over on holidays in Vegas. But either way, I just had an Irish DIPA, Of Foam and Fury, that has a huge mango presence. If anyone is over, def check it out!

 

Great Lakes Lake Erie Monster gives you a nice burst.

 

that beer is awesome , I was surprised to find out that they don't brew it with mangos or anything
