Mango Magnifico in NC

    Yeah I picked up a bottle of this a few weeks back. May have to pop it opened this weekend.

    Old Winston Social Club has it on tap too. I was equal parts discomfited and intrigued by it...it was a little bit TOO much like drinking an Indian curry. Definitely an interesting beer experience, though.

    As far as pepper beers goes, Triangle's Habanero pale ale is still my favorite. They get so much of the pepper's flavor without overwhelming you with heat.

    I was fortunate enough to try some Westbend brews at the summer brews Fest. They had a ghost pepper iPa (I'm pretty sure that was the style) that was very tasty. A good amount of heat with nice hoppy backbone. Nothing like ghost face where it was all heat. They impressed me with their experiments. I'll have to make a trip up there soon.

    Maybe best sitting for another 6 months, I think MC could some age on it as well.
