Any bottles around New Haven? I was planning on trying it at Prime 16 earlier this evening, but it kicked minutes before I arrived.

 

As of like two days ago an entire case was chillin' on the shelf at Pemberton Farms in Cambridge for $14.99 a pop.

 

On tap at Mule Bar in Winooski, VT. Interesting, sweet & spicy, I would have trouble drinking a whole one.

 

Rt 7 Liquor and Deli in South Burlington has a bunch on the shelf and in the cooler.

 

$14 at Tully's. Two bottles left as of 6 pm tonight.

 

Sooo any CT sightings yet, specifically around New Haven?

 

Amity posted on Facebook that they had it on Aug 9th, but I haven't seen bottles anywhere else.

 

Stew's in Danbury had most of the case out on the floor Friday around lunchtime for $20 a bottle! Supposedly had them out for 2 days before that.

 

Just try one before you buy multiple bottles boys and girls...definitely not my cup of tea...

 

Agreed. I split 1 with Brian Yee this weekend and we disliked it.

 

Someone told me that it was 'pretty good', so I bought a bottle. Lost a bit of respect for Founders last night...

 

I was told the pilot batch was much better.

 

Saw it at one of my local places for $11.79. I passed on it due to the lackluster reviews.

 

That's it!! No more Backstage for me!!

 

We were able to bring in just 1 case. Sold a few already... One to Sandman... But like he said, not really my cup of tea.
I am glad I tried it, but even thou its a limited release, others can have it.

 

Didn't sell one to me. Sadly I got mine elsewhere.

I probably wouldn't expect me in to buy one though haha

 

When your getting from 11.99-29.99 for a 750ml of Backsatge beer, it SHOULD be good. I love Founders, but I think a lot of people just give them a pass on their crap, because its Founders.

 

Has anyone see this still hanging around the Cambridge/Somerville area?

I know that other people haven't liked it, and I know that I probably won't like it, but I want to try it anyway. I wish I could explain that somehow, but I've got nothing.
