    They have Bohemian Lager labeled as S. cerevisiae..... which means it is not even a lager yeast. Seems a little sketch to me.

    Some taxonomies consider the lager strains to be cerevisiae. Their classification has been subject to both change and disagreement.

    Wow! I'm really, really glad to see these new dry yeast varieties. Dry yeast's are so, so much easier to deal with and dependable — of course that's just my limited and narrow opinion.
