Do any of the breweries in Manhattan have a tap / tasting room? I see that the LIC breweries do but I can't find any in Manhattan.

Not much beer being brewed in Manhattan. Try Eataly / Birreria for a place that brews and serves. You can always head out to Brooklyn. Why Manhattan?

Paulaner is pretty nice if you want some German style beers.

Yeah you won't find much in Manhattan. LIC Beer Project is in Queens.

If you're staying in Manhattan I would suggest going to a bar and trying out the local selection. But if you want to check out the breweries that are popular in NYC right now - you have to go to Brooklyn and Queens.

Yeah, hit the bars. As long as it isn't happy hour, I like Ginger Man. If you are set on breweries, you need to hit the other boroughs for Singlecut, LIC, Other Half, Dirck, etc.

NYC subway system is awesome, you can jump on the subway and hit some great breweries relatively easy. OH in Brooklyn and Singlecut in Astoria would be great choices.
