Mankato/St. Peter Stores & Bars

    Heading down this weekend and wondering if there are any liquor stores that are worth heading to and possibly find stragglers we can't find in the cities. Also any good restaurants and or Bars that have good tap lists? Thanks for any help.

    There are many beer geeks and colleges in the area, so it gets picked over. I was down there in the last week and there was nothing that I could not get with relative ease in the cities. Stop at MGM if you want to find anything possible.

    Patricks in St Peter is a good place to get food/beer. Mankato Brewing is in North Mankato. As for bars in Mankato...Tav on the Ave and the Boulder Tap House are your best bets

    Thanks. Crazy world we live in. When I was in college all I could afford was Keystone.

    You can also find the West O beers in Mankato. I highly recommend their Choc-O.
