Maple Bacon Coffee Porter Quality Control?

Quality control was (?) an issue for FB since they opened......sour cobbler, exploding cobbler, fart smelling bonita, consistent inconsistency in the drafts.....they have gotten a gazillion times better with most of the QC...are all bottles going to be perfect...never, when dealing with adjuncts like they do you will never have a 100% perfect run of bottles.....but they are definitely making improvements and its been something they have been noticeably trying to show they are working on.

 

For MBCP or any other beer with adjuncts: please keep it refrigerated after purchase. Flavors fall off way, way faster when stored in a 70F "cellar" than they do in a 36F refrigerator.
