100% agree. I would say they should have a hostess for all tables.

 

I have yet to taste a tart IPA that I liked. Looking interesting tho

 

Is it just me or do all the Maplewood beer names seem like they come from a web based beer name generator

 

Has anyone tried either of these two new hazy beers from the past couple weeks from Maplewood? Just wondering how they stack up to Roger's prior work at Corridor. And anyone have an idea how long the first one ended up staying on tap for (I'm assuming it's gone by now)? I'm trying to gauge how long Drink Dat Citra might stick around for.

 

Big Pulpy is fantastic. You can certainly tell Roger had his hand in it. The Open Bottle still has it flowing, not sure how close you are to Tinley Park.

Thanks...I'm tempted to head over there tonight after drinking some other beers, but not sure if it's the best decision for my Thursday morning.

I liked Big Pulpy and thought the flavors were like a Corridor beer. The mouthfeel was slightly different (water? Systems?)

 

Does anyone know if their doing 32oz fills of Big Pulpy and Drink Dat Citra? Anyone know prices? Do they fill other brewery's growlers/howlers? Lotta questions

Drink Dat Citra and Big Pulpy are quite good. Not quite Corridor level, but close.

 

Only one version exists on Untappd though the hop profile isn’t the same. Anyone know when the crowler machine will be a go?

 

so Juice Pants is back but in cans now, but no word on if this is a re-worked recipe or anything like that

 

I'll try it just to see where it's at. Probably been a year since I last had one.

 

If I didn't know Juice Pants went away, should I still be excited about this???

 

I don't know. I was hoping it would be a re-worked recipe done and brewed by Roger widely available in cans, but who knows.
