So I've heard this is on shelves, this true? Or rather, is it still? What's the tag? How limited? And how does it stack up to the '09 version?

It came out in late December or early January. Not sure if you'll still be able to track it down. I haven't opened my bottle yet.

Issue it on the shelf at City Beer. I had it moments earlier at Toronado on tap and it was sour. Rumors were the batch was infected-I didn't grab a bottle.

Technically it is from 2011. Not sure if it is still on the shelves, but it was available at the brewpub and a few select Bay Area beer stores. Price was between $10-$15 a bottle. It is a whole lot better than the 09 version that had brett. It has nothing on the 08 Heaven Hill and 08 Old Fitzgerald versions.

Not sure if it's still around or not - I picked up a bottle from Healthy Spirits about a month ago. I thought that the '09 version was better. The '11 seemed like a watered down version and still had the similar sourness on the nose.

It has brett like the previous version. No idea if they're doing that intentionally or not, but it's nowhere near as good as the pre-2010 releases.

Thanks for the feedback. Might still try to track down a bottle. I know the previous versions had mixed reviews too, but I loved the bottles I had (brett and non-brett).
