Ran out of MO and have a lot of 2-Row in bulk that I should make my way through. I know it won't be 100%, but if I typically do a 10# recipe with MO, what's the ruff substitute for 2-Row / Victory, 9.25# & 0.75# respectively? If better served, Biscuit is an option as well.

Not sure, but it sounds like a fun tasting panel exercise. If you look up clone recipes for DFH 60 and 90 , you'll see they use an English amber malt with 2 row. To me, it comes across as a nice toasty profile that I might expect from an English beer. The clones I have seen use 3% for 60 min and 7% for 90 min, I think (working the calcs from memory, so consider them estimates). Anyhow, that's something I'm going to play with at some point soon.

What type of beer are you trying to make?

I suspect you'd get a better result with Vienna or Munich rather than Victory.

Don't have notes in front of me, but I think I had settled on 10# 2-row and .5# Victory got me sorta/kinda/not really close to MO, but close enough when all I had was 2-row.
