    My mom just made her trip last weekendd. I got Guave Grove, Bolita, Improv and a beer from Cocoa Beach Brewing (Oatmeal Stout). I think the Bolita went bad or was oxidized, something was amiss. The guava grove was the favorite by far for the night.

    Pictured is Ethan cleaning out a 60bbl fermentor. At the bottom of the picture you'll find a ton of white oak spirals. Yessiree we're bottling up White Oak Jai Alai IPA today! 4-packs will be hitting shelves as soon as we can get them out of the building! And we're gonna tap it here in the tasting room soon as well.
