More idiocy. It doesn't even seem to have any reasoning behind it. Why would you reduce the amount of beer a small brewer can sell while allowing larger brewers to continue at the same pace? Talmadge Branch and Dereck Davis (chairman of the alcohol-regulating House Economic Matters Committee) seem like they're just trying to make a name for themselves. I'm glad Diageo at least spoke up against them.
