First time creating a water profile. BIAB, No sparge. Anybody with experience have any input? I put my full volume of water into EZ water as mash water and calculated my adjustments. Do I just add my gypsum, etc to the strike water or to the mash? Do I need to adjust any numbers for the larger water to grain ratio?

I don't do BIAB. But I do add my minerals to the strike water (in the mash tun) and stir before adding the grains.

    No.

I used to add the brewing salts to my BIAB strike water once it was over 100F (warmer water helps them to dissolve better) but they could always be added just prior to adding the grains too. Heck you could add them with or after you mash in, but why bother making it harder to stir them / dissolve them? Just add them to the water and dissolve them prior to mashing in.
