I wish I could make it--the all-Mass taplist at Cambridge Common Friday night seemed like a promising preview. Unfortunately, I'll be out of town. Next year, though, I'd really like to see them offer more information on the site: what does a ticket get you?--I'm assuming it includes samples, but it doesn't say. And a beer list would be great, but at the very least a list of breweries should be provided. In any event, it looks like it will be good weather for drinking Mass beer.

I was pouring beers with a brewer friend at last years fest and had a great time. All the brewers are from Mass (obviously) and the admission price gets you unlimited samples. I.E. no tickets for a beer. I believe they are 2 oz pours. Can't remember exactly, but that seems to be the standard for fests in Mass. There is food for purchase and a band out on the deck. It did get very crowded half way through, but luckily the weather was nice and people could go outside of the roofed in area. I had a great time and am looking forward to this Friday.

Sorry folks. No firkin. I realized that those firkins in the fridge are already allocated to a couple fine beer bars in the area. oh well... now you just have to come and drink world class IPA on draft instead.

I thought North Hampton Inns IPA was awesome. Galaxy in Citra hops can't remember the name. Also Beer Works barrel aged sour was unbelievable. biggest let down for me was Cody s farmhouse IPA tasted like burnt plastic
