Are we heretics? Enjoying a few beverages watching the Chicago teams go 4-0 yesterday, Humber perfect game and culminating with the Hawks overtime win. one of the beverages opened was a B. Nektar Ethiopian Harrar coffee Mead...HUGE coffee nose, also on the table at the time were a BA Plead the Fifth, Boulevard Chocolate Ale, and some Homemade MI Cherry infused Makers Mark 46... After some experimentation we found the Mead (60%) blended with the BA PtF (40%) was a winning combination! Is there a future for Beer/Mead blends?
