...makes me want to weep because it is so amazing. It never gets old looking at these pictures. http://www.flickr.com/photos/newbrewthursday/5528191850/in/set-72157626269195742/ Amazing. 3 magnums of FftW, 1 CAftW, plus what appears to be a 3L bottle of Beatification...damn. Plus all the Cantillon, etc that you can barely see. I'm also almost positive that he has weird little swing tops of HotD Matt and other beers...
Ha! No kidding...I always say the same thing when looking at most peoples cellars. At least have some sort of "guard" on the front of your shelves lol.
By the way...in case you aren't familiar with who Matt V. is, he is the co-owner of Bottlework's and Brouwer's in Seattle. This is the cellar in his house...wish I could hang out in there!
In a video that New Brew Thursday did he said he built it at his house because BW and Brouwers were running out of space...so he built an old school "root cellar" in his house
Was about to post that. I was super annoyed listening to them all interrupt each other, but I got through the entire video by just staring at the background.
Did you make it to Hard Liver? I was put off by the madhouse and lines (as reported) and didn't bother. Heading down there shortly though for the Boundary Bay Dry Fly offerings
That just makes me sick. It's like Bill Gates running out of space on the Microsoft campus to store all his money.
Gorgeous cellar although I personally like a bit more organization and a high end sound system with Rdio or Spotify connected. Would be nice to have a cigar fan as well and a bar with taps. It's cozy though.
