pardon my language but it's about fucking time!

It will be a nice change to see something besides 1-2 year old blitzen on the shelves for a change. To those who have not had Amarillo Brillo or Total Eclipse, they are fantastic so get excited.

I just came here to post this! I'm pretty stoked for the Amarillo and Total Eclipse.

Are the Breakfast Stout and Amarillo worth $12 for a 4 pack? I have never had them, so just asking as the price point is even higher than Head Hunter(which I think is 1-2 dollars too much). Either way, I will pick them up at least one time when they make it out to the Cleveland area.

The Breakfast Stout was delicious a few years ago at Blues and Brews!!

What's Head Hunter going for in Cleveland? Just curious. I don't want to get too far off topic, but I guess it's personal preference. Personally I think its about right for a couple 8.5ish % ABV beers. I guess you could be a dollar or two cheaper, but who knows...I mean Siberian Night is about the same on the shelves here for comparison.

This is amazing news. I loved Maumee Bay when I lived in Toledo.

Total Eclipse Breakfast Stout is awesome! However when I stopped in during November last year, it didn't taste as good as previous years. I'll have to pick up some in a few weeks when I head back up there.

HH is $10/4pk here. It was initially $9 when they started selling it out of the pub, but when it went to distro it went up a dollar. I love the beer, but it costs too much for me to buy all the time. I usually go up there and get growler fills for $12 on Mon/Tues/Wed.

Ya. I mean a huge part is the demand for craft beer. People continue to pay for it and the prices are going to keep increasing.

That's what struck me about the article. The owner said, and I'm paraphrasing, 'People will pay whatever they need to for craft beer'. that's true to a point, but we have a lot of quality craft beer here in Cleveland that sits around for a long time because it's too expensive. Many will spend for good beer, but there is a ton of competition out there and people won't continually overpay for stuff that's only marginally better, or on par, with other beer.

Tom Shea, the manager at Joseph’s Beverage Center? He could be referring to me paying $8 at the Walleye game last night for their seasonal though.

Anyways, I think that it's a good thing for the area. People who don't know craft beer may try these options. I know for a fact that certain people would buy Maumee Bay because they know the name, and that they make Buckeye Beer.

After reading the article again, it was indeed Tom Shea I quoted. Like I said, I want to try these beers for myself and I hope they do well... I will always support an Ohio brewery over a non-Ohio brewery, if everything else is equal.

Unless you were only speaking for yoursef, the market will decide that when it gets distributed.

I'm going to be in Sandusky over the weekend; might drop by and check these out.

THIS TURNED OUT GREAT. About time and hopefully more great offerings will be bottled in the future.

I'm definitely going to stock up on the Breakfast Stout to throw in some trades. Minds will be blown.

In the article it reads that's how much it is at the Oliver House's shop. From past experiences of buying from there, they charge more for the Maumee bay stuff for some reason as compared to The Andersons or Joeseph's. For example they're Christmas Ale at the Oliver House I believe was 5 or 6 bucks for a 22oz, as compared to the Andersons who was charging 3.50 for it (burned me up to!).
