Anybody know anything on their beers being distributed still? Haven't seen any total eclipse or amarillo brillo since they were last released in April. Any info on them would be much appreciated...

Yes. I actually just investigated and asked around about this exact question last week. They had a falling out with Cavalier (one of Ohio's distributors) soon after the initial distribution wave. It sucks, but I don't know exactly what happened. An employee told me they were optimistic about making a deal with another distributor. I was told within 1-2 months. Hopefully, they lock down another deal and start distributing outside of Toledo, Maumee and Fremont again.

I went to college in Toledo and loved being so close to MBBC. They were one of the VERY FEW things I enjoyed about the Toledo area. Toledo is a shit hole... Anyways, I think Total Eclipse is better than FBS and Amarillo Brillo is a fantastic IIPA.

On a side note, did any one get a chance to have their barrel aged Total Eclipse? Thoughts? Cheers!

Thanks for the information man. I went to school at UT as well.. And I agree. It's like a larger version of Youngstown (where I'm from.) Not much going on... I agree with you completely about both of those beers. Both are fantastic. I still have some bottles of total eclipse from when they went in to distribution last April. I hope they are able to distribute again. I too heard about them having a BA total eclipse on draft. I would love to try that

The BA Total Eclipse is very tasty for their first BA beer. I have seen the Total Eclipse, IPA and Buckeye on the shelves around Toledo, but no Amarillo Brillo (probably fermenting or don't have the proper hops), even at the brew pub. I have been going there for six years and have noticed a huge step up in quality beer since they have hired the current brewers.
