Maybe I'm an Idiot but....

    Ok, so maybe I'm an idiot, but what the heck do all of the acronyms here in the IT Forward forum mean? I think that BIF means beer it forwards, or at least that seems to be what happens here, but I've checked around the FAQ/informational forum postings, but I'm still struggling...any help would be awesome...
